蒂森克虏伯集团下属的罗特艾德有限公司（Rothe Erde GmbH）是全球领先的无缝环轧件制造商，总部位于德国多特蒙德，技术研发中心设在利普斯塔特。XREM在此领域的成功基于罗特艾德超过一百年的钢铁产品生产经验，以及先进的无缝环轧件生产设备，其中核心设备由德国西马克技术有限公司（SMS Holding GmbH）生产和安装。XREM生产的无缝环轧件作为结构部件已被广泛应用到风力发电、齿圈、机械工程、近海科技、回转支承、大型阀件、管道和压力容器。

Xuzhou Rothe Erde Ring Mill Co., Ltd. （XREM） was registered in Xuzhou in 2005 as a wholly foreign owned company by Rothe Erde GmbH of Germany ThyssenKrupp an d locates in Luoshan Road, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. The registered capital is 2,774 million dollars.
Rothe Erde is the worldwide leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal rings, headquarter is located in Dortmund, an d the research & development centre is in Lippstadt, Germany.
