招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 岗位职责：能以他人的想法为基础，清晰的表达自己的思路建议，能有效激发团队的创造力；Can be based on the ideas of others, clear expression of their own ideas an d Suggestions, can effectively stimulate the creativity of the team;将用户需求、工程技术、品牌属性和业务需求转化为具有积极体验、引人注目的产品；Transform user needs, engineering, brand attributes, an d business needs into compelling products with a positive experience；具有同时管理复杂、多学科项目的经验；Experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects simultaneously;对设计品牌策略表达具有独特的观点；Express unique views on design brand strategy;对生产流程、产品工艺、开发周期有一定的了解和理解；Have a certain understanding of production process, product process an d development cycle;有效处理视觉设计元素和功能设计元素之间的技术联系；Effectively handle the technical connection between visual design elements an d functional design elements;监督内部设计师和外部设计机构是否合适，并尊重我们品牌设计的规则。Monitor the suitability of internal designers an d external design bodies an d respect the rules of our brand design.任职资格：平面设计类专业，CAD、PS、AI等软件操作熟练；Major in graphic design, proficient in CAD, PS, AI an d other software;5年以上设计团队的工作经验，具备在产品构思策略中整合设计的能力，有一定的人事管理能力；More than 5 years working experience in design team, have the ability to integrate design in product conception strategy, have certain personnel management ability;拥有强大的艺术和技术文化，能够创造符合公司设计章程定义的品牌设计；Has a strong art an d technology culture, can create in line with the company s design charter definition of the brand design;沟通表达能力，逻辑思维能力，优秀的视觉化技能；Communication skills, logical thinking, excellent visual skills;具备协调和跟踪交付成果、进度、预算、团队和资源的能力；Ability to coordinate an d track deliverables, schedules, budgets, teams an d resources;有一定的现场模型制作经验；Some experience in model making on site;组织和监督研发、市场和外部机构之间的建设性沟通；Organize an d monitor constructive communication between r&d, marketing an d external organizations;有与外部设计机构合作经验，并具备评估成本和优化外部机构的能力；Experience in working with external design agencies an d ability to evaluate costs an d optimize external agencies.额外的技能要求:Additional skills required:所有候选人都需要提交自己的作品集或提供工作样本作为申请岗位的一部分； All candidates are required to submit their portfolio Ｏr job samples as part of the job application
