Main Duties 主要职责:Work with planning supervisor to make monthly plan for 12 months an d yearly plan for 5 years according to customer orders an d sales forecast/estimation.
协助计划主管根据客户订单和销售预测，制定12个月的月度计划和5年的年度计划。Work with planning supervisor to make long dated raw material requirement plan according to production plan an d inventory budget.
协助计划主管根据生产计划和库存预算制定远期的原料需求计划。According to the sales forecast an d order information, issue the material requirement an d production plan.
根据销售预测以及订单，提交物料需求计划，并且安排生产。Make & Monitor the execution of production plan on a daily basis an d communicate in a timely manner any changes that will impact on other functions.
制定生产计划并且监测其执行,并且及时向主管汇报计划的变动以及给其他职能造成的影响。Functioned as key coordinator between production an d warehouse to make sure the smooth operation as schedule.
协调生产和仓库部门使生产计划顺利进执行。Liaise with cross functions, sales, warehouse, purchasing, controlling an d production for the production planning an d order processing.与销售、仓库、采购、成本控制、生产等相关部门就生产计划和销售订单处理作密切沟通。Review an d Ｕpdate capacity & productivity parameter in SAP an d do production capacity analysis to ensure a successful capacity planning. 在SAP系统中回顾和更新生产能力，进行产能分析，以提高排产计划及生产效率。Control the inventory level of raw material, WIP an d FG according to budget.根据预算控制原材料，在制品和成品的库存水平。Understanding of Quality Policy an d Quality objectives了解公司质量方针和质量目标Understanding of organization context, interested parties needs an d process related risk an d opportunities 了解组织环境、相关方的需求和过程所涉及的风险和机遇Understanding of product related statutory an d regulatory requirement 了解产品相关法律法规的要求Understanding of customer specific requirement 了解顾客特殊要求Understanding of product quality importance an d risk involved for the customer with nonconforming product. 了解产品质量的重要性及发生不合格对顾客带来的风险Complying with / implementing 遵守和执行:tk Group, BA, BU, PNAN , department an d section rules / regulations tk集团， BA, BU, PNAN，部门及班组规章制度Standard work procedures 标准工作流程National / local legal / industrial standard an d / Ｏr regulations 国家和地方法律标准和行业规范To perform other duties an d responsibilities assigned by company management to meet business need. 履行公司管理层因业务发展需要临时委派的其他工作任务。Bringing to the attention of your superior abnormalities in: 向主管汇报以下异常状况Unsafe condition / behavior 不安全状况和行为Compliance risk 合规风险Quality risk 质量风险Breakdown 设备异常停机Authorization授权Specific definitions in related work instruction;相关的工作指导书中明确定义的授权；Proposal of optimize functional Ｏr cross functional operations an d HSE advice.具有提出优化本部门或其它部门操作流程及有关环境、健康、安全方面的建议权。Qualification Requirement 任职资格Education 教育:College an d above degrees, majoring in logistics, business management Ｏr a related discipline;专科及以上学历, 物流、企业管理或有关的专业；Experience 经验要求:At least 3 years working experience with production planning an d order processing in foreign company;至少3年的外资企业生产计划和订单处理方面工作经验；Competency 胜任力Willing to work under high working pressure;愿意在高压下开展工作；High initiative, commitment an d self-motivation;工作积极性高，勇于承担义务，自我激励；Play an active role in the SAP SD/PP module Application.熟悉运用SAP系统的SD/PP模块。
