Position Title: Business System Analyst Position Reports to: Finance Controller Location: Shanghai, China ************************************************************************** Position Summary: To be a Business Partner to other departments in achieving the company vision Responsible for ERP implementation an d maintenance To be a Technology Enabler utilizing the latest technology in enhancing an d improving both quality an d efficiency of the reporting system
Principal Duties an d Responsibilities: Work with ERP consultant developing an d supports robust technology solution, taking into acＣount user s requirements, technical requirements, etc.;Find available information as well as support an d optimize usage of information （business/finance report generation）Develop, implement an d administer reporting systems that assure accuracy of acＣounts an d interface to the ERP system an d business data application package, an d provide training to the user in the company.Maintain ERP systems to accurately reflect financial transactions, analyze an d resolve issues on the daily operations. Performing technology diagnosis an d assessment activities;Contact person for ERP system, report generators, IS staff as well as local usersUpload monthly financial reports/forecast/plan reports into systemGenerate system report for monthly financial an d business performance analysisBusiness process improvementOther ad hoc projectsRequirements & Qualification 3 years experience with ERP logical an d enterprise information construction process, preferred with IFSERP report development experienceGood knowledge of excel, especially regarding pivot tables, cubes functions, etc.Bachelor Ｏr above degree, major in Finance , Information Management Ｏr Enterprise ManagementBalanced knowledge of acＣounting, projects, an d logisticsGood English skillsGreat communication skills to communicate with decision makers at various levels in the organization Implementation & Training skillsA good team player Ability to recognize the importance of attention to detail an d following through on commitmentsAdaptability an d flexibility, with a can do attitude Prefer: Project management an d ERP implementation experience
