Position Description:
1. Assist the Center Director in managing daily sales activities of Course Consultants to achieve period an d monthly sales targets.
2. Support the Center Director to monitor an d support center service operations in a customer service minded way.
3. Demonstrable ability to provide sales coaching an d training support to Course Consultants to maximize a result driven sales staff.
4. Aid the Center Director to motivate Course Consultants to Identify an d grow corporate sales.
5. Lead by example as a professional an d polite Sales Leader an d assist Course Consultants to be detail oriented in CRM recording.
6. Create a warm an d sensitive approach to all colleagues an d students exemplifying respect, responsibility an d integrity.
Position Requirement:
1. 5 years Ｏr above direct sales experience （Ideally B2C）.
2. 2 years sales management experience in MNC an d have managed at least 5 subordinates.
3. Excellent sales skills an d necessary to provide evidence of success an d awards.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. High sense of responsibility an d customer service mentality （flexible working schedule necessary）.

职位要求：
1. 5年及以上直接销售经验（有B2C销售经验优先）。
2. 2年跨国公司销售管理经验，至少管理过5名下属。
3. 出色的销售技能，并需提供成功案例及所获奖项证明。
4. 出色的沟通能力。
5. 强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（必要时可接受灵活的工作时间安排）。
