性别要求：不限性别 岗位职责现场应用程序组的职能是通过提供从早期技术转移阶段到后期生产提升支持的高效技术支持，成功的交付设计成功1. 负责评估目标客户的设备工具集，当前大批量生产的工艺和材料，介绍我们的产品，向全球客户群提供培训和流程知识，日常工作中的工艺描述和故障排除；2、获取并分析市场情报信息，以支持营销经理/部门领导制定营销策略/部门计划提供支持；3、与研发和营销/销售团队密切合作，以实现成功的客户渗透，客户满意度和创收；4、与技术总监紧密合作，将我们的产品设计到指定的客户；5、在日常工作中直接与内部RD团队和现场应用团队合作；任职资格1. 具有工程技术专业本科或以上学位，化学，物理和材料科学者优先。2. 对半导体行业或粘合材料行业有经验者优先。3. IC封装或LED封装至少1 - 3年的技术背景。4. 有售前和售后客户管理以及项目管理经验者优先。5. 独立工作能力强，能适应快速变化和全球化的工作环境，以及出色的书面和口头沟通技巧。6. 50％以上的工作，主要在中国。7. 流利的普通话和英语8.薪资可面议Position: Job title: Field Application EngineerBU: Marketing DepartmentReports to: Marketing Director Location: Wuxi/Shanghai
Responsibilities:The function of the field application group is to successfully deliver design wins through providing highly efficient technical support from the early technology transfer stage to post production ramp up support.1. Responsible for assessing target customers equipment tool sets, current processes an d materials in mass production, introducing our products, delivery of training an d process knowledge to a global customer base, process characterization an d trouble shooting in daily work2. Acquire an d analyze market intelligence information to support marketing managers/segment leaders for the development of marketing strategies/segment plans3. Work closely with R&D an d marketing/sales team to enable successful acＣount penetration, customer satisfaction, an d revenue generation. 4. Work closely with technical director to design in our product to assigned acＣounts.5. Directly work with internal RD team an d field application team in daily work.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor Ｏr higher degree in a technical discipline with engineering background. Chemistry, Physics an d Materials science are preferred2. Prefer to have solid understanding of Semiconductor industry, Ｏr adhesive materials industry experience. 3. At least 1-3years technical background in IC package Ｏr LED package. 4. Support, pre an d post sales acＣount management an d project management experience highly desirable. 5. Independent an d ability to work in a fast changing an d global work environment an d excellent written an d verbal communication skills. 6. 50% travel, primarily in China. 7. Fluency in Mandarin an d English
