采购助理

The major responsibilities will be assisted the activities of a procurement team with daily purchasing, follow up on orders/deliveries, ensure on- time deliveries, confirmations, cost and quality.

The Main tasks are in relation to support China production, there will be global tasks for global sourcing in Denmark. You will be direct report to Sourcing Manager, China.

Qualification

1) Day to day purchase for production.

2) Analyzes purchase requisitions for accuracy of specifications, timeliness of request to meet delivery lead time and availability of stock holdings within the warehouse.

3) Follow up on order confirmations, late deliveries.

4) Issue bid requests to several potential vendors and suppliers periodically to validate current market pricing of products.

5) Ordering according to the contract frame.

6) Keep close daily communication with headquarter in Denmark.

7) Support PolyTech global sourcing.

8) As a Key contact with category of supplier and provide feedback of supplier reliability and quality. Weekly report.

9) Coordinate and schedule inbound receiving and outbound dispatching activities on a timely manner.

10) Assist in quality compliance, to follow up on the quality claims

11) Any other related jobs and assignments as and when assigned to you.

Requirements:

1) 1 or 2 years of purchasing experiences from a European company will be an advantage but not a must.

2) Display strong willingness to learn at work.

3) Possess strong sense of urgency,

4) Takes self-initiative to flag out and highlight process improvement, always act on the best interest of the company.

5) Good communication skills and fluency in English (both orally and in writing)

6) Detail oriented.

7) Systems competent with knowledge of ERP, advanced EXCEL
